This week we are discovering some of the sites of Beijing and phrases for your first trip to some day discover the real capital of China.



While we make-believe that we have gone to Beijing, we will play Chinese sports, try martial arts, make Chinese crafts and cook Chinese dumplings. Campers join two groups - one "house" for like ages and the other a mixed age "family" group.

Beijing Bound

I am really excited to return to Beijing with a city map in hand, a minimal knowledge of Chinese and an awareness of cityscapes.
